Pomelo & Mango Orchard, Alcantara Farms, Barangay San Jose – 10 minutes drive from Asparagus Farm is the Pomelo and Mango Orchard owned by the Alcantaras. The huge hectares of Pomelo and Mangoes supplies the city with these high valued Fruits.
Dragon Fruit and Honey Dew Plantation, Sunglao Farms, Barangay Tambler – just along the highway after the fishport, is the Dragon Fruit and Honey Dew Plantation owned by the Sunglao Family. Products of this farm are for their own consumption as the family runs the “Ranchero Restaurant” and offers Dragon Fruit Juice/Shakes. Visitors can buy Dragon Fruit at P120-150 per kilo.
Hito Farm, Sunga Family, Purok Malakas
A backyard type of cottage industry that bloomed into good means of earning for the family. They could not supply the demand, so they urge people to venture into this type of industry and continued to accept hito growers in the neighbourhood. Accordingly, this is the type of industry where it needs less time, and even out of school youths can learn.
Coffee Break at Civet Coffee, Sarangani Blend, & Matutum Blend, Purok Malakas
– A processing plant for coffee that blends Sarangani and Matutum coffee growers, especially the Civet Coffee. Partnering with Mahintana Foundation and the B’laan Natives of Polomolok, South. Cotabato, the place offers various coffee blends to coffee lovers.
Mirabueno Orchid Farm, Barangay Buayan
– varieties of Orchids are offered for sale in The Mirabueno Farm. The place beckons with awesome array of colors & hues From rare varieties of otchids and ornamentals. A gazebo at their garden completes the feeling of relaxation amidst the blooms.Grapes Plantation, Delos Reyes Family, Purok Malakas
– This grapevine plantation is seasonal. Tours must be confirmed first to check if vines are already sprouting for new leaves, or grapefruits are available. Pruning of the grapes deprives the visitors to see the beauty of the plantation.
Asinan Bula (Mangroove Plantation)
The government owned Mangroove nursery and plantation, maintained by CENRO, a sustainability effort to support the fishing industry of the city, and the Bula Coral Reefs.
